Job Responsibilities
- Identify renewal opportunities based on historical customer orders and proactively follow up with existing customers via email, phone, and other channels to convert opportunities into confirmed renewal projects and ensure successful closure.
- For customers whose contracts have expired but have not yet renewed, continuously follow up on the renewal status, identify reasons for non-renewal, and conduct root cause analysis of customer churn.
- Support regional sales teams in promoting and selling service-related products and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to work independently with a high level of adaptability to handle unexpected situations. Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results within set timelines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging effectively with external partners and customers to drive task completion.
- Strong data analysis and processing capabilities. Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to independently perform data analysis, pivot table analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for business communication.
- Prior experience in IT-related industries such as cybersecurity, cloud services, SaaS, or large system integrators is preferred.
