Position Overview
As an Account Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Managers and Producers while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to begin a career in the insurance industry.
This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path for advancement into an Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, customer-facing service to clients in person and over the phone
- Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and route inquiries efficiently
- Collect, process, and accurately record client payments
- Assist with policy servicing, including endorsements and documentation
- Work assigned renewal lists to ensure timely follow-up and policy review
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through data entry and system updates
- Support Account Managers with daily administrative and service-related tasks
- Uphold agency service standards, including timely communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment

Pay: $28,000.00 – $34,000.00 per year
