Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and organized Admin Executive to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in administration and be comfortable handling office coordination, lead management, and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative activities and office coordination
  • Handle and update customer leads and inquiries
  • Maintain records, documents, and reports
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
  • Support business development and follow-up activities

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of admin or office coordination experience
  • Good English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead handling
  • Well-organized and professional attitude
