PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role is essential for supporting daily business operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and helping maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative Operations & Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records
- Handle correspondence, including emails and internal communications
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of contact for internal team communications
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and company activities
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Data & Record Management
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices
- Assist in generating reports and tracking key administrative data
- Support data entry and verification tasks with high accuracy
Process & Systems Support
- Assist in improving administrative workflows and processes
- Maintain and update internal systems and tools
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and organization
- Support implementation of new administrative procedures
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with administrative tools or systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or degree is a plus
