Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wollongong, NSW for an Administrator and Customer Service Representative. The role involves supporting office operations, managing communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and handling administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and managing inquiries.
