As an Admission and Customer Service Officer, you will be a key team member, acting as a program specialist, managing customer relations, driving enrollment targets, and supporting operational tasks to ensure a seamless experience for students and parents.

Work location: Cau Giay Center 3nd floor, NOCT1 E4 Yen Hoa New Urban, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Working schedule: 5days/week

Mon-Fri: 10AM-7PM or 1PM-9PM

Satur-Sun: 8:30AM-5:30PM

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Customer relation management

● Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective students and their families.

● Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.

● Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

● Collaborate with the teaching team to understand course offerings and provide accurate information to clients.

● Timely communicate feedback with the internal team and make suggestions to improve organization.

● Provide good after sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source.

2. Enrollment and Sales:

● Follow up on leads to meet enrollment and sales targets.

● Conduct diagnostic tests and consult with prospective students and families to recommend suitable courses based on assessments and needs.

3. Re-enrollment:

● Proactively drive re-enrollment and referrals to achieve sales goals.

● Handle invoicing, payment collection, and coordination with the Accounting Department.

● Develop and implement strategies for re-enrollment, targeting existing students to renew or upgrade their courses.

● Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize enrollment.

● Actively promote and sell our courses and services, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

● Conduct follow-up re-enrollment efforts to transform potential leads into actual enrollments, contributing to pipeline and sales targets.

● Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, providing clear information on program options and pricing. Coordinate follow-up for diagnostic tests and meetings with customers.

● Process customer payments and ensure proper transfer of cash balances and documents to the Accounting Department.

4. Administration

● Book & supplies inventory & ordering

● Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams

● Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops/demo classes and other educational events.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and enrollments in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with the Academic team to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling classes and managing student files. Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent teacher conferences

● Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and sales processes.

● Perform other duties as assigned by Center Manager.
