Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Officer at Westford Global Education. The Admissions Officer will guide prospective learners through the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing clear, accurate information about programs, entry requirements, and study pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online channels, conducting admission consultations, and supporting applicants with document collection, application completion, and eligibility checks. The role will involve managing international admissions cases, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and using CRM or admissions systems to track leads, applications, and conversion metrics. The Admissions Officer will also participate in virtual events, webinars, and outreach campaigns to engage prospective students and contribute to continuous improvement of admissions processes and learner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to support and guide prospective learners professionally and empathetically.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in International Admissions and Education, ideally within higher education, online learning, or global study pathways.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM or admissions platforms, email and video communication tools, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with a proactive, self-directed approach and attention to detail.
- Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with diverse international applicants and partners.
