What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Take inbound calls from customers to assist with questions related to maintenance claims
- Review automotive contracts and evaluate maintenance claims
- Obtain necessary documentation from customers to assist with processing maintenance claims
- Assist customers with general questions regarding their contracts and explain contract provisions
- Use the employer's system to log notes and input documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in automotive service or automotive-related customer service is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical certification or degree preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
