What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Take inbound calls from customers to assist with questions related to maintenance claims
  • Review automotive contracts and evaluate maintenance claims
  • Obtain necessary documentation from customers to assist with processing maintenance claims
  • Assist customers with general questions regarding their contracts and explain contract provisions
  • Use the employer's system to log notes and input documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong customer service and phone skills
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive service or automotive-related customer service is a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Technical certification or degree preferred
  • ASE certifications are a plus
