What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls from customers to assist with maintenance claims and contract-related questions
- Review automotive contracts and evaluate maintenance claims for processing
- Obtain necessary documentation from customers to facilitate maintenance claim processing
- Provide guidance to customers regarding their contracts and explain contract provisions
- Utilize the employer's system to log notes and input documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Previous experience in automotive service or automotive-related customer service is a plus
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Strong multitasking abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical certification or degree preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
