As a Housing and Support Assistant (Nights), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the night.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide reassurance and support to residents, creating a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout your shift. - Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

From reception duties and managing calls to logging repairs and processing requests, your role will be hands‑on and diverse. - Keep People Safe

Take responsibility as a first aider and fire marshal, carry out regular patrols and wellbeing checks, and respond effectively to incidents. - Support with Care and Compassion
