Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Houston, TX. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with clients, and maintaining an effective communication process. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the scheduling experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to set appointments effectively and manage appointment scheduling with accuracy
- Experience in lead generation and identifying potential clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in time management and organization skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a client-facing or scheduling role is a plus
