What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to schedule appointments for Field Consultants for traditional field survey products
- Explain the purpose of field visits to build trust and address policyholder concerns
- Ensure Field Consultants' calendars are efficiently booked to maximize productivity
- Update work order statuses in the system and communicate any scheduling changes to management and staff
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve productivity goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High emotional intelligence with good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
