About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets performance goals in line with company objectives. You’ll play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience, leading visual merchandising, and helping drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including stock and team management
- Use commercial reports to analyse performance and adapt strategies
- Coordinate stock flow: deliveries, replenishment, and inventories
- Implement visual merchandising and product display strategies
- Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
- Brief the team on new arrivals, product knowledge, and promotions
- Collaborate with management on product planning and sales goals

Basic Requirements
