We are seeking a Associate, Customer Experience to assist clients with inquiries, resolve concerns, process policy-related requests, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Overview:
- Deliver high-quality, end-to-end customer service through phone and digital channels to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Proactively educate customers about the company's products and services while addressing their inquiries.
- Generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Capture customer feedback, escalate complex issues or complaints when necessary, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Consistently achieve assigned KPIs and service performance targets.
- Foster customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition by providing courteous, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements and schedules.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, though fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
