What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or an office-based setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
  • Private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
