Account Specific Roles And Responsibilities
- Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items
- Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead
Requirements
- Basic knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid
- At least 6 months BPO Healthcare Experience
- Has experience reviewing medical records, processing authorization, and verifying benefits
- Good verbal and written English skills
- With good attention to details
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
