Pastreez is an upcoming art café and pastry store in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista at Pastreez, you will be responsible for preparing our coffee and chiller menu, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and can confidently work in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and iced coffee beverages according to Pastreez recipes and standards.
- Prepare chillers and other café drinks.
- Learn and confidently explain the Pastreez menu to customers.
- Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
- Maintain consistency in drink taste, presentation, and quality.
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Handle orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Work closely with the café and kitchen team.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in coffee and willingness to learn barista skills.
- Positive, energetic, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Previous café or barista experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
