Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal guest arrival and departure experiences
• Provide courteous and professional service consistently
• Manage valet parking and safe vehicle retrieval
• Assist with delivery of guestroom items as requested
• Offer shuttle services to local attractions and events
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Must possess a Class 5 Alberta driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and manage guest luggage
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
