- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting guests with luggage handling (carrying to/from rooms)
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities
- Providing directions and information about the hotel and nearby attractions
- Handling guest requests (e.g., taxi service, messages, deliveries) promptly
- Supporting the Front Office team in ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required
- Polite, helpful, and guest-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage
- Professional appearance and positive energy
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
