Day to Day

  • Handling a mix of inbound client service calls and email inquiries (may vary based on business needs)
  • Provide support to financial advisors and clients, ensuring a high level of service
  • Follow up on incomplete or incorrect trade/order submissions
  • Reach out to advisors to gather missing information and ensure timely resubmission
  • Manage and respond to client and advisor communications via phone and email
  • Support the team during peak/busy periods with flexible task allocation (calls, emails, trade support)
