INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries regarding the company’s products or services.
Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and operational support to ensure office efficiency.
Leads specialist at Lincoln Insurance Agency is responsible for calling out leads and working with customers, while being part of our administration team.
Lincoln Insurance Agency is expanding its customer base and sales territories. We are looking for enthusiatic team members that want stability are able to multi task , and have the disciple and commitment to excel with our team.
Responsibilities
Calling our leads, helping administration team with multiple tasks.
Working in person with customers.
(CSR) acts as the primary contact for policyholders, responsible for answering inquiries, managing policy changes, processing payments.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all actions comply with industry regulations and company guidelines.
Skills/Abilities:
* Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Achieves/exceeds appointment and Sales Metrics
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
* Solid problem solving, and consultative skills required
* Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards
*Bold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals
Qualifications
Spanish and English encouraged to apply.
Above average communication skills to represent the company in a professional manner and communicate effectively with potential customers.
Sales experience.
Experience with and the ability to use a PC to perform daily duties required.
Must be detail oriented and accurate and can work independently following strict procedural guidelines.
This is an in-office position.
Benefits
Cash compensation is comprised of an hourly base rate and an uncapped commission plan.
Pay will vary based on the amount worked and sales performance.

Starting Salary 39,000 + Unlimited commission
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available
Monday to Friday 9:00am. to 5:30pm. Every other Saturday at 9:00am. to 1:00pm.
