Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
As a Bilingual Guest Services Representative – Seasonal, you will provide an exceptional experience and helpful solutions for guests seeking answers about Arc’teryx products and services.
Recognizing the diverse needs of our guests, you will take an empathetic approach to offer personalized resolutions through multiple channels of communication. In collaboration with a dynamic, high-performing team committed to both Guest Services and After‑Sales support, you will represent the brand and inspire continuous growth of guest loyalty.
This is a temporary, fixed‑term position for approximately 6 months, starting on one of the following dates:
August 10, September 8, October 5, or November 2, 2026.
Location:
Vancouver office (565 Great Northern Way). Hybrid work may be allowed depending on business needs.
Core Activities
- Providing bilingual customer service support by interacting with guests in both French and English across multiple channels, including verbally over the phone and in writing through email, web reviews, and live chat.
- Utilizing a detailed understanding of Arc’teryx Guest Services and After‑Sales procedures to answer inquiries regarding products, technical features, and repair.
- Effectively managing workload with consideration of department service‑level goals.
- Achieving and exceeding established performance targets, focusing on quality of service and efficiency while maintaining professionalism and empathy with guests.
- Processing manual orders with care and accuracy, supporting guests through sometimes more complex solutions.
- Providing high‑quality, guest‑centric interactions and being open to coaching and feedback to support personal and team growth.
- Taking ownership of guest concerns from start to finish, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge or experience with Arc’teryx products or other outdoor brand products.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate data and order entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions.
- High flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.
- Comfortable with change and able to switch to other tasks or business areas as needed when demands shift.
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
- Inspiration for breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.

Expectations
- Participation in a structured onboarding class (~3 weeks) covering systems, processes, product knowledge, and guest interactions, performed on location at either the North Vancouver head office or the Guest Services location. Upon completion, all employees work from 565 Great Northern Way.
- Eligibility for a hybrid work schedule following graduation from training – three days per week in‑office as determined by the department.
- Blackout dates during peak periods (e.g., November 17 to December 12; January 2 to January 16), and mandatory full‑time presence during the last week of the contract.
- Expectation to be available full time and not take time off during the first month(s) of employment to meet training requirements.
- Dates and hybrid schedule are subject to change based on business need and operational requirements.
Compensation
Salary: $50,000.
