Summary

The Boutique Facilitator is a multi-functional support role that enables the boutique to run smoothly and maximizes client-facing time for sales associates. This role supports operations, inventory, register processes, packaging, and administrative tasks while delivering high standards of service. The Facilitator works collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to support an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support sales associates with packaging and client service activities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with inventory cycle counts, and perform daily re-ticketing.
  • Support opening and closing registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones and resolving client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience and a High School Diploma.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on client service.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks related to inventory handling.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team; foreign language skills preferred.
