Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a BPO/HRO Client Acquisition Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and promoting Atheel CX’s services. The specialist will develop customized client proposals, prepare sales pitches, and negotiate contracts to meet client needs. The role will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to facilitate effective client relationships and successful negotiations
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure superior client engagement and retention
- Ability to strategize and execute plans to acquire and manage clients in the BPO/HRO sector
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Qesm El Maadi
- Proficiency in industry trends and an understanding of outsourcing services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in client acquisition, sales, or account management preferred
