Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Centurion. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team to ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales and profitability for the branch. Responsibilities include inventory control, team management, customer relationship building, compliance with company procedures, and reporting on branch performance. The role also involves planning and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and motivation
- Strong sales and customer service abilities, including experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in inventory management, reporting, and operational procedures
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data, track branch performance, and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Knowledge or experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software for inventory, sales, and team management is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
