We’re scaling our operations and seeking reliable, customer-focused Bus Attendants to uphold the highest standards of passenger experience and onboard safety across our fleet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure buses are clean, stocked, and prepared before departure—sanitizing surfaces, restocking amenities, and inspecting safety gear.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling—providing courteous, efficient service at every touchpoint.
- Monitor passenger comfort and safety during transit, responding promptly to requests or emergencies.
- Inspect vehicles pre- and post-trip for cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or operational delays to supervisors immediately.
- Support drivers with route coordination, ticket checks, and passenger communication as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Arabic or English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic passenger service experience (hospitality, transport, or retail preferred)
- Ability to lift 20+ kg (for luggage handling)
- Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred)
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with cleaning protocols or sanitation standards
Preferred
- Previous experience in airport, hotel, or VIP transport services
- Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and major routes
- Customer service certification (e.g., hospitality or tourism training)
