We are looking for a driven, confident, and highly motivated Business Development Associate Intern to join our growing team in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, relationship building, outbound prospecting, and engaging with businesses across multiple industries.
We are specifically looking for “hunters” — individuals who are proactive, target-driven, and confident initiating conversations with new B2B prospects.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in international business development, lead generation, sales outreach, CRM management, and client engagement.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong confidence speaking with business professionals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new B2B opportunities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong prospect pipelines
- Research target companies and key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
- Follow up consistently with prospects and warm leads
- Assist with preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams on growth initiatives
- Achieve monthly outreach and sales performance targets
