Role Description The C1 Customer Support Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. They will resolve issues related to products and services, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases when needed. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date customer records, monitoring service requests, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and contribute to a positive, customer-centric environment.

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and service quality.
  • Relevant experience in call centers, retail telecom, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
