Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role based in Pristina. The Call Agent will handle outbound calls and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include documenting call details in the system, following established scripts and guidelines, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role also involves maintaining a professional and courteous tone, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer support. Call Agents are expected to adhere to company policies, follow scheduling requirements, and participate in training to stay current on procedures and offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and clear, professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet call targets.
- Fluency in relevant working languages; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
