We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent to join our professional Customer Service team in a dynamic and growing aviation company.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (8 hours/day)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Nasr City. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include managing incoming calls, offering support, accurately updating customer information, and providing guidance on the academy’s services. The agent will serve as a vital point of contact between the academy and prospective or current students.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including using customer relationship management and other tools
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English) are highly preferred
- Previous experience in the aviation or education industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Very good command of English (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle customers efficiently
- Team player with a positive mindset
