Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Assistant based in Pepiliyana. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing assistance and accurate information to patients, and resolving issues effectively. The role involves answering calls, maintaining records, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in handling Contact Centers and managing customer interactions
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service roles is a plus
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare, business, or communication are advantageous
