Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Associate located in Bangladesh. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by managing incoming inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering support to guests. The role involves providing an exceptional customer experience by addressing questions, assisting with bookings, and maintaining productive communication through various channels. Effective interaction with customers and team members will be central to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a positive guest experience
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers and proficiency in managing customer interactions across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic software and database navigation
  • Customer Experience management skills to create memorable interactions for guests
  • Ability to handle queries efficiently and work collaboratively within a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities will be an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
