We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, a leading bank in Greece, to join their dynamic team.
📌 Location: Athens
📍 Model: On-site
🗓️ Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday – Sunday
🕗 Shifts: 08:00–22:00 (rotational)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing information and solutions
- Record customer interactions and update the Bank’s systems
- Guide customers in using online banking services
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term trust
✅ Requirements
- Availability to work on rotating shifts (08:00–22:00)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Good command of English and MS Office
- Patience and ability to manage challenging situations
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
