Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
- Receive and manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring proper recording, follow-up, and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are processed and completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and requests in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
