Job Description / Responsibility
- Receiving calls from outside PDCL.
- Calling outside for various PDCIL officials' needs.
- Entering and preparing databases for various official data sets.
- Providing a variety of information services to the searcher via phone.
- Providing patient serials for PDCL doctors over the phone.
- Providing online serials to patients for various doctors online.
- Sending out various official emails as needed.
- Providing services with various information to the searcher through various online channels (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Also, to comply with various instructions directed by the PDCL authorities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Receptionist/ Front Desk, Customer Care, Call Center Operation, Working under pressure, Emergency patient management, working in night shift
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements
- Availability: Must be fully available to work roster-based shifts, specifically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating roster schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet browsing to efficiently manage daily call centre operations and data entry tasks.
