What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries related to educational programs and services
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding admissions, financial aid, and course offerings
- Assist with scheduling campus tours and informational sessions for prospective students
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow up as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with callers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
