About the Role
We are looking for an experienced International Customer Support Agent with a natural or near-native British accent to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication, experience working with British customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, especially UK-based clients.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service, in an international setting.
- Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English with a British or near-native British accent.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.
