📍 Job Details:

  • Work Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Strictly On-Site / Full-time).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively from start to finish (End-to-End resolution).
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Documenting all customer interactions clearly and maintaining accurate records in the database.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting standard quality targets.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Gender & Nationality: Females only (Saudi Nationals).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant Call Center or Customer Service experience. (Fresh graduates are highly welcome and encouraged to apply!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
