Position: CCA Bilingual Analyst for Digital Solutions
Support the Canadian Construction Association as a Bilingual Analyst for Digital Solutions. Be pivotal in the enhancement of Signa Sur™, ensuring seamless user experiences in digital services.
This full-time role focuses on supporting the deployment and integration of our contract lifecycle management system. Candidates should have a strong customer service mindset along with technical helpdesk experience.
Your role will empower CCA to provide greater value to its members and enhance stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation of Agiloft
• Design and produce knowledge resources and training
• Analyze feedback for product development improvements
• Deliver multi-channel support for Signa Sur and integration services
• Involve in website and app development projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or IT diploma in a relevant field
• 1-2 years in customer service or helpdesk support
• Proficient in O365 and CMS like Word Press
• Experience with Zendesk and other support tools
• Fluent in English and French communication
