Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager based in Kathmandu. The Center Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervision of team performance, implementing operational policies and processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also requires driving initiatives to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and expanding the center’s outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
- Proficiency in operational management and implementing efficient processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in education consulting, business development, or customer relations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to oversee various aspects of center operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with tools used for data tracking and scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
