Role Description
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in the City of Cape Town. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing room reservations, handling guest inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires efficient coordination of bookings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that guests' needs and preferences are met promptly. You will work closely with reception and other departments to create seamless and enjoyable guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Reservations management
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Communication
- Knowledge of Receptionist Duties and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation systems and general computer skills
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is an advantage
