Role Description The Client Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Client Advisor is responsible for providing an elevated client experience, including welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations that reflect the brand’s values. Daily activities include client relationship management, handling sales transactions, managing after-sales service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the client journey. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, staying up to date on product knowledge and brand storytelling, and supporting boutique operations such as inventory checks and coordination with internal teams. The Client Advisor collaborates closely with colleagues to meet sales targets, build long-term client loyalty, and uphold Fendi’s luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to understand and manage insurance or warranty-related inquiries and processes for luxury products when applicable.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong sales acumen, goal orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic boutique environment.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
