SUMMARY:
Main Purpose
The Client Care Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by effectively managing client interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex queries
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and shift schedules
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer care / call centre environment advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and system navigation skills
- Experience with customer support platforms advantageous:
- Freshdesk (preferred)
- Zendesk
- Zoho Desk
- Help Scout
- Intercom
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability and willingness to work shifts
- Professional and client-centric approach
