Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury client experience, beauty, wellness, and customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional, and luxury-oriented manner
- Manage bookings, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Respond to phone calls, emails, social media inquiries, and text communication professionally and efficiently
- Support client retention and relationship-building initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our booking system
- Assist with clinic flow, hospitality, and daily front desk operations
- Handle concerns and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Support retail recommendations and skincare sales when appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, wellness, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and luxury client experience

Compensation
$22-25 hourly
