Brightway Insurance Miller Agency Neptune Beach
Job Requirements:
Florida Licensed 440
Confident self starter – able to multi task
Excellent phone/in person communication
Maintain a positive and self motivated attitude
Driven to help clients solve problems
Job Responsibilities:
Be a team player supporting clients and other staff
Be organized and stay on task
Underwriting follow up to new and established business
Help Customers by finding a solution to their insurance needs
Conduct policy reviews and update policies
Provide quotes and solutions
Deliver a delightful customer experience that meets or exceeds their expectations
Job Benefits
Hourly wage for the first 40 hours in a week.
Time and a half for hours that exceed the standard 40 hour work week.
After 6 months:
5 days PTO
3 sick days
Paid National Holidays
After one year:
10 days PTO
5 sick days
Paid National Holidays
Optional 5 days off without pay
Experience using AMS 360 management system, Outlook, Multi company rater for home and auto insurance, Excel, Google Docs preferred.Must type at least 60 wpm, versed in social media, twitter, IG, Facebook.
