Role Description

Do you have experience in client engagement?
Are you passionate about growth and professional development?
Oak Interlink Company Limited is currently recruiting NYSC Corps Members to join our team in a hybrid role spanning Training Administration and Community Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support training programs, workshops, and client sessions
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and engagement activities
- Provide administrative support for training and consulting operations
- Assist in onboarding and managing members within the workspace/community
- Drive engagement through calls, messages, and relationship management
- Support social media and promotional activities
- Ensure excellent client experience and service delivery at all times
Requirements:
- Must be a serving or prospective corps member posted to Lagos State
- Prior experience in client engagement, customer service, marketing and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, Google workspace and social media tools
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
Location: Anthony Village/ Maryland, Lagos (Proximity to the location is important)
Important: Only Lagos-based corps members will be considered.
