Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors efficiently upon arrival
• Maintain security by checking in all visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly
• Assist with Conference Centre Buffet procedures
• Address urgent requests during boardroom meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, 1-3 years’ experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of switchboard operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to solve problems effectively
