Onboarding Agent (Customer Success)
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Onboarding Agent to join our Customer Success team. You’ll own the onboarding journey end-to-end, ensuring new clients are successfully set up, trained, and fully confident using our platform independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead client onboarding from discovery to full activation
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Collect, validate, and import client data accurately
• Configure accounts and ensure smooth system adoption
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and other channels
• Recommend features based on client use cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance onboarding
Requirements
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Consultative mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fast learner with strong SaaS understanding
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Prior experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or SaaS is a plus
