This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Coordinator based in Sheraton El Matar. The Client Relations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day communication with guests and travel partners, ensuring smooth coordination of travel-related requests and arrangements.

Responsibilities include managing client interactions through digital communication channels, coordinating service requests with internal teams, monitoring booking-related updates, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism throughout the guest journey.

  • The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple ongoing requests while maintaining clear and professional communication. The role requires strong coordination skills, responsiveness, and the ability to contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communication through chat and digital channels

• Coordinate guest requests and travel-related arrangements

• Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests

• Monitor ongoing bookings and service updates

• Ensure professional and timely communication with guests

• Escalate urgent matters when necessary

• Support overall guest experience and operational coordination

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills

• Professional and organized personality

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Good computer and typing skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or coordination roles is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

Salary:

15,000 EGP Net
