Role Summary:

The Client Relations Executive will serve as the company’s primary front-facing representative and central point of contact for prospective clients, existing clients, consultants, contractors, designers, visitors and external partners.

The role manages the complete client journey and relationship from initial enquiry through to post-project feedback. It also coordinates the company’s external communications, including social media, website updates, project photography and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Enquiries & Front Office

Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, website enquiries, social media messages and visitors, ensuring a professional and timely response.

Record each enquiry, understand the requirement and direct it to the appropriate team member while retaining responsibility for follow-up.

  • Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, interior designers and referral partners.

Act as the central point of contact for general client communication and ensure concerns, requests and complaints are properly addressed.

Coordinate general client updates, meetings, site communication and follow-up actions throughout the project.

  • Internal Coordination

Follow up with estimating, design, procurement, production, projects and finance teams on client-related matters.

Track pending actions, approvals and commitments, and escalate delays or unresolved issues to management.

  • External Communications

Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through social media and the company website.

Maintain the company profile, portfolio, website information and communication calendar.

  • Brand Presentation & Corporate Image

Ensure the company presents a professional, consistent and high-quality image across all client-facing channels, including meetings, presentations, proposals, social media, website and project photography.

Coordinate approved photographers, website developers, graphic designers and other service providers to maintain the company’s image, positioning and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in client relations, customer experience, joinery, fit-out, construction, interior design, real estate, luxury services or a related field.
  • UAE experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Strong client-handling, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Experience managing calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media and client databases.
  • Comfortable dealing with premium clients, consultants, contractors and designers.
  • Experience coordinating external agencies or service providers is preferred.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
